Catalyst is a fully customized 35′ motor catamaran built with comfort and versatility in mind. Catalyst began its life as a racing sailing catamaran and was rebuilt in 2013. The all-trampoline deck was replaced with cedar planks, and the sails gave way to a 16′ by 20′ awning.
In December 2019 we added another catamaran to our family - Slat Cat, with a capacity of up to 15 guests! Smaller groups can also enjoy our luxury charter boat, Sweet T.

Meet The Catalyst Crew
The owner of Catalyst, Mathew was raised in the Turks and Caicos, Mat began taking T sailing lessons at age 5 and has spent his life on the water ever since. A PADI Open Water Scuba instructor, Mat also has a BS in Marine Biology. He has completed the RYA STCW (Standards of Training, Certification & Watchkeeping) and maintains a TCI Captains License. With more than 30 years in the Turks and Caicos and its surrounding waters, Mat knows the area and environment like the back of his hand.
Born and raised in the Turks and Caicos, Morgan has spent most of her life snorkeling and scuba diving in the water surrounding Turks and Caicos. She is very passionate about the Marine environment and loves showing it off to other people. She has a Bachelor’s degree in photography and loves taking underwater photographs. Morgan is a certified day skipper for Motor and sailboats. She found her passion working in the tourist boating industry, as she gets to share her favorite parts of the island with her guests.
Born and raised in the Turks and Caicos, Mikey became passionate about his work on the ocean after his first day. He loves what he does, he has a steady source of motivation that drives him to do his best And he is always willing to go the extra mile!
Growing up in Turks and Caicos, Mike naturally fell inlove with the ocean and decided to make a career out of it. From fishing to sailing, Mike has gained experienced in all aspects of our ocean and is always keen to share his unique insight of the ocean, island and country with our guests
